PDA Quest is a PDA-friendly gamified task management application. It turns tasks into quests with XP, levels, and achievements to make productivity more approachable for people with demand avoidance.

2. Not therapy

Important: PDA Quest is NOT therapy, medical treatment, or a substitute for professional mental health support. It's a productivity tool with a compassionate design approach. If you're struggling, please reach out to a qualified professional.

4. Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
  • Cancel anytime — access continues until end of billing period
  • 14-day refund policy for new subscriptions
  • On cancellation, your account reverts to the Free plan
  • Your quest data is preserved when downgrading

5. Your data

You own your quest data. You can export all your data at any time. You can delete your account and all associated data from account settings. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Share account credentials with others
  • Manipulate XP, levels, or achievement systems
  • Use automated tools to interact with the service
  • Attempt to access other users' data

7. Availability

We strive for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not responsible for lost streaks or quest data due to service interruptions.

8. Disclaimers

PDA Quest is provided "as is." Specifically:

  • Streaks may be affected by server maintenance or outages
  • The spoon system is a metaphorical energy tracking tool, not a medical measure
  • XP and leveling systems are for motivation — they don't represent clinical progress
  • We may adjust game mechanics for balance

9. Limitation of liability

Our total liability is limited to the fees you've paid in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
